Please include as much details as possible so we may assist you, don't simply tell us "I have a problem with my website, please advise" without explaining what the problem is or what's your account (this might sound stupid but you would be amazed to see how many similar messages we receive !).
To report a problem with your free hosting account please include your website URL (yourname.f2g.net) and login details (username and password).
